This month we are welcoming Keith Anderson, Chief Executive of Port of Leith Housing Association and Richard Atkins of RA Architects as our VIP speakers.


Keith Anderson is a very experienced housing, planning and regeneration manager and CEO of social enterprise, POLHA. He is responsible for strategy and business planning with the Board and through two subsidiary companies (Persevere Developments Ltd and Quay Community Improvements). His remit is to deliver ambitious growth and demanding service delivery performances to support the vision of creating housing and neighbourhoods which people wish to live in.

Richards practice specialises in environmentally responsible architecture and he is going to deliver a presentation on the assessment of sustainability in the existing built environment.
