Simon’s company is run by People who Actually Use a Campervan! After ten years of owning and hiring campervans in countries around the world he and his wife always felt that they could improve on the design of the vans. There were times they wondered if the people who designed the vans had ever spent a day or night in a campervan!  However, once his company was established they decided to become employee owned and this is going to form the basis of Simon’s talk.
