Andrew Sherlock, Managing Director, Shapespace: Shapespace have created 3D model search software, which helps CAD/CAM designers, Engineering Managers and Parts/Components Suppliers search for duplicate parts or specific parts locally on a CAD station or within a CAD department. It uses geometric indexing, efficient retrieval algorithims and an adaptive browser to do so.
Kevin Miller, CEO and Founder, Runtime Revolution: Runtime Revolution was founded in 1997 with the goal of empowering rapid creation of applications for enterprise, commercial, creative and academic environments. Over time, the technology developed into software that could be deployed to mobile platforms as well as desktop. In 2009 the Server offering was added and Revolution was renamed to LiveCode in 2010. In 2013 RunRev began an exciting initiative to provide an open source version of the LiveCode software. The first version of this, LiveCode Community, launched in April 2013.
