LDA Design is a renowned independent design, environment and energy consultancy. With over 35 years’ experience, they develop smart and creative solutions for our clients that are shaped around economic, environmental and social objectives. Their clients are both from the private and public sector, and located within the UK and internationally.
Fiona will be focusing on the £250 million regeneration of Sighthill. The Sighthill regeneration comprises approximately 800 new homes, a new school campus and community facilities, as well as commercial unit. The infrastructure works have been integrated into the site thanks to a public realm design strategy, developed by LDA Design as part of the Infrastructure Design Team, alongside the council and it’s in-house masterplanning team.
The Scottish Property Federation is one of the country’s most influential and high profile lobby groups. Representing the property industry – including commercial and residential property owners, investors, developers and their advisers – the BPF works to influence legislation and raise the industry’s profile across all areas of business, politics and the media.
The aim of the federation is to create the conditions in which the property industry can grow and thrive, for the benefit of their members and of the economy as a whole.
David’s role is to establish the SPF office as part of the British Property Federation and lead responsibility on all policy matters.
