Mott MacDonald are a global engineering, management and development consultancy focused on guiding their clients through many of the planet’s most intricate challenges.
Grant has been with Mott MacDonald for over twenty years and worked on a variety of projects. He is a board member of the Scottish Energy association and a member of the Industrial Liason Commitee in the School of Engineering at the University of Glasgow.
Grant will be focusing on the Scottish Government Energy Strategy Document and climate change plan, he will be looking at Low Carbon Transition and Thermal Generation.
Brian Butchart of SIRAKOSS led the spin out process from Aberdeen University in 2011, creating the company. He has extensive experience in both UK and international commercialisation of medical devices. The company completed proof of concept in 2012, and has since raised over $5m. Their IP portfolio has strengthened by granted patents in the critical US and European markets.
