Thrive is a membership based networking organisation for business-to-business SMEs across Scotland, bringing together like-minded individuals willing to share knowledge, ideas and contacts in an unrivalled atmosphere of talent and enthusiasm.

Central Taxis
In 1968, 33 like-minded cabbies got together and formed a member’s co-operative called Central Taxis Ltd. They decided that each member together with all future members would have an equal share in the ownership of the Company and they have now grown to become Edinburgh’s largest taxi company.
They are also Scotland’s first black taxi company to go completely carbon neutral.

Mackays
Mackays was founded in 1938 by the Mackay Brothers, today owned by the Grant Family and based in Scotland. Mackays are proud of their heritage and authentic products and they are also supporting local copper craftsman in Dundee. Their products are now available in over 50 countries worldwide.
Paul Grant was recently given a lifetime achievement award sponsored by The Scottish Government, and was awarded to him as an individual who made an excellent contribution to the Food and Drink sector in Scotland.
