IQ Ingredients was set up by Jane and her business partner with a goal to make a “healthy” chocolate. They are now Scotland’s first, bean to bar chocolate manufacturer, using the finest (and rarest) single origin Criollo beans from Peru.

The chocolate is dairy free, gluten free, low GI, contains no refined sugar, is fairly traded, contains all organic ingredients and is high in antioxidant polyphenols.

Forsyths are a family owned butchers and bakery business in the Borders of Scotland selling traditional Scottish fare. They source all their beef exclusively from quality herds of beef in the Borders of Scotland. Their lamb comes from farms in the surrounding areas of Peebles.

Today the business is run by Jim’s sons Walter, Callum and Norman and Malcolm’s son, Michael. The butcher and bakers shops both work together to offer a personal service to their customers both within the shop and home deliveries with loyal and conscientious staff who have worked with us for many years.

Kingsbarns Distillery is a single malth whisky distillery and visitor centre by Kingsbarns in the East Neuk of Fife not far from St Andrews, the home of golf. They have transformed a ‘b’ listed Georgian farm steading (doocot, horse mill, cart sheds, bothy, byres & farm cottage) in to a distillery, cafe, shop, tasting rooms & offices.

Scott joined the Kingsbarn team in December 2016, bringing with him a great deal of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.
