This session will focus on the art and science of Winning Bids & Tenders




AM Bid Services is an award winning, multi-sector bid specialist providing advice and assistance to organisations bidding for contracts in the public, private and third sectors, founded by Andrew Morrison in October 2014 and is fast becoming one of the UK’s leading Bid consultancies. He will be leading the session, accompanied by David Gray, Bid Development Director. 


Andrew credentials include specialist skills and expertise in both Bidding and Business Development as well as extensive experience in Housing. He started his career in local government housing including nine years with the award winning West Lothian Council (UK Council of the Year) and City of Edinburgh Council.  Andrew holds an MSc in Housing Studies (distinction), is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and a former member of the Scotland Board.  He also served a 3-year term as a Board Member at Melville Housing Association.

David has a background in bidding, strategic business development and commercial development, with specialist skills in bid direction and bid development. His bidding experience spans several sectors, including energy and housing, where he has a proven track record in public, private and third sector markets, leading and developing bids worth over £500m in contract wins. David is a fully qualified housing professional and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. He holds a BA(Hons) in Corporate Communication and a PGDip in Housing Studies.
