This session will be delivered by David Gray, Bid Development Director and Andrew Loughlin, Head of Bids.
David has a background in bidding, strategic business development and commercial development, with specialist skills in bid direction and bid development. His bidding experience spans 12 years and more than twenty sectors, where he has a proven track record in public, private and third sector markets, leading and developing bids worth over £1bn in contract wins. David is a Certified Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and holds a BA(Hons) in Corporate Communication.
Andrew has 7 years’ experience in bidding and a further 8 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced, complex multi-disciplinary engineering project environment. Over his 15 year career, has developed an expertise in engineering and construction bidding and has successfully managed bid teams to over £300 million of contract wins in the public and private sectors. Andrew is a Certified Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals and holds a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering.
