Stewart Brewing, founded in 2004 by Steve and Jo Stewart, is Edinburgh’s local, independent brewery. They have established themselves as one of Scotland’s most successful and reputable breweries. A payroll which consisted of just Jo and Steve Stewart, now supports over 25 employees who work across a range of departments, from retail to production.
