This month we are welcoming Scott Clearie & Ashley Harley, Directors of Mimi’s Bakehouse and Daniel Campbell, Founder of Red Box Coffee.
Scott’s focus is on branding & operations, while Ashley concentrates on events & HR at Mimi’s Bakehouse. They have three sites, Leith, Corstorphine and Old Town as well as operating an online ecommerce site and have merchandising to support the growth of their brand.

Daniels’ love for coffee comes from its power to connect people all over the world with a shared interest and goal. He named his company after the iconic red telephone box (Red Box Coffee) as a symbol of communication from an earlier time. Present day people communicate with the mobile phone and over a coffee.
