Clare Campbell – Founder of Prickly Thistle
Clare calls herself a Rebel! She started a Highland Tartan Uprising in 2017 via a Kickstarter campaign. Gaining over 850 backers and raising nearly £150k her project was the second most funded craft project on the platform in the world. In just four years her company has grown from 0-15 in numbers.
Angus Gordon Lennox – Owner of Gordon Castle
Gordon Castle Estate, Walled Garden and the Gordon Castle Scotland brand are the results of eight years hard work by Angus and Zara Gordon Lennox since they took over the running of Gordon Castle Estate, Fochabers in 2008. Completed as one of Scotland’s largest houses in the 1770s by the Duke of Gordon, Gordon Castle is the historical home of the Gordons, one of Scotland’s oldest families.

Kirsteen Campbell, CEO of Scottish SPCA
Kirsteen’s organisation is Scotland’s animal welfare charity and exist for all animals, always. They employ over 200 staff and are completely separate from the RSPCA, which operates in England and Wales. The only animal charity in the UK reporting to the Crown Office, they are able to report offenders who should be prosecuted for causing animals suffering.
Thrive breakfast meetings are structured with delegate introductions to the room, VIP speaker talks/presentations with a facilitated Q&A. I wrap things up by inviting each person individually to say who they wish to follow up with.
Naturally a fabulous hot & cold breakfast buffet is served with tea/coffee and juices so come with an appetite for business and breakfast!
When the structured part of the event concludes, everyone is invited to stay and network informally with each other and I send out the delegates list to encourage the all important follow ups.
