A wonderful Gin tasting event, kindly hosted by Hamish Martin, Co-Founder of The Old Curiosity Distillery, including a welcome talk and tour of the site and the brand.

In 2012, Co-Founder, Hamish Martin and his wife Liberty bought a derelict plot of land on the outskirts of Edinburgh where they laid the roots of The Secret Herb Garden. In 2016 Steve Ross, Old Curiosity Distillery Co-founder number two, joined the Secret Herb Garden as a volunteer to learn more about the incredible powers of herbs. Steve owned a successful bar in South London and had spent two decades working within the events industry and as a mixologist. Between them The Old Curiosity Distillery was founded in 2017.
With the focus on Gin, the Secret Garden Range is a labour of love. The team have concocted three enchanting combinations of hand-grown; picked and infused botanicals from their Secret Herb Garden, bottled up with a little bit of nature’s magic… add tonic and watch your Secret Garden Gin transform!
Naturally after the talk and tour by Hamish, Thrive delegates will be invited to have a tasting of these varieties and it will be available to purchase on the day.
