Stephanie’s background includes working for a large UK Employment Law consultancy where she managed a 500+client base developing their contracts and solving employment disputes. She has also been HR Manager in a global pharmaceutical company responsible for 400 employees onsite in Bathgate, Edinburgh where she managed a large scale redundancy project, culture change initiative and employee relations.
